A very common kind of clasp used for hooking keys , necklessesand more.  A spring ring is a type of clasp that is most commonly used for joining or holding objecta such as keys , traps etc. The spring slides back from the clasp, often pulled by either of the two loops that hold the chain on either end. They are considered highly secure because the spring is difficult to pull back without concerted effort.
