Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in New Zealand.

If interested in shipping overseas please contact us and we can arrange a GST free invoice and work out freight costs to quote on.

Freight Free on all orders over $99.00 (from 1/11/2025

(This excluded some selected large items)

We have three charges either Auckland ,out of Auckland or rural delivery,waiheke island, chatham islands etc

Freight rates may change according to any changes our freight comapnies charge us. we endevour to try to keep to a minimum.

we do not ask for signitures for deliveries due to potential delays in shipping, however should you require a signiture please notify us.

we reserve the right if correct freight not selected to use the most economical means of shipping(eg select local freight for rural delivery we will automatically Post)

overseas freight is subject top surcharge if correct freight not selected.

While we do everything in our power to deliver quickly, we package carefully, provide tracking, we are not responsible for goods once they leave our warehouse. Having said this we will do everything we can to help  find lost , stolen parcels but once this has happened, we are reliant on the freight company's claim procedure for any refund on these items.
